Mykut does offer free proctor service in our office to all our students.

You must have your Proctor call or email our office for the proctor code during our business hours before you can access your final exam.

There are several steps in becoming an appraiser.  Becoming a Trainee is just the first step.  Click below to learn more about becoming an appraiser. Or call our office at (425)775-6645. 

Becoming an Appraiser Trainee:

To become an Appraiser Trainee, you must complete the following three courses:

  • Basic Appraisal Principles   30 hours

  • Basic Appraisal Procedures  30 hours

  • Uniformed Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice  15 hours

  • Supervising the Trainee 4 hours

And  complete the state trainee application along with submitting a check to DOL in the amount of $200.00.
