Welcome to our Internet home for Idaho Appraisers. We're pleased to offer classes for Idaho Appraisal Pre-License and Continuing Education, and will be adding classes with time, so please continue to check back.

Our legacy:
Since 1990, the Appraisal School of Washington has offered courses for both Appraisal Pre-License and Continuing Education for Washington students. Now we are also approved for the states of Idaho and Oregon.
